How to set up loyalty points in Front's merchant dashboard?

Follow these steps:

Open a browser and enter admin.fronttab.com, then Sign in.


Navigate to the Customer option, then select Loyalty Rule Settings.


On the Loyalty Rule Setting page, first turn on the Loyalty Points Function Switch, choose Earn points by placing an order, and then click Save.


Navigate to Loyalty Point Rules and configure the following:
Set the Points for placing an order rule: Determine the rule for members to earn points when purchasing products or services. For example, you can set it to 1 point for every $1 spent.
Set the Order redemption rule: Decide how members can use the points. For instance, you can set a certain number of points to exchange for a specific amount, which can be used to deduct the order amount on the online ordering page.

Example:
Suppose a customer places an order with a total amount of $100. Based on our loyalty points rule, they will earn 100 points as they spend $1 for every point.
If redemption rate is 10 points = $1, then the customer can use these 100 points to deduct the order amount, meaning they can reduce the order amount by $10.


Confirm and Save your settings. Ensure your settings align with your business needs and strategy.

Test the member points system: After setting up, perform test orders to ensure members can correctly earn and use points when making purchases.
