Merchant Monthly Statement



Merchant monthly statements are sent by the payment card processor by paper or digital. The statement includes monthly detailed transactions, total deposit, and processing fee of the merchant's process account.

Monthly Statement Receive Date



Payment card processor will issue paper statements to merchants at their DBA addresses on the first of each month. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the statement to arrive.

Please Note: Merchant can only sets up one of the receive method, paper or digital.


Missing Monthly Statement



There are two possible reason for missing monthly statement:

The merchant provided incorrect or incomplete DBA address, like missing the suite number. The merchant can contact the merchant service for DBA change request. The merchant service will ask to verify the owner information and help to submit the change.

The mail is lost in transit, so the monthly statement for a particular month is missing. The merchant can contact the merchant service for monthly statement request. The merchant service will ask to verify the owner information and help to sent the digital statement to email address provided by the merchant.


Please Note:

If the merchant is set to digital monthly statement, but still have not receive the monthly statement by 8th, please contact the merchant service to confirm the correct email address.

The receive date vary by location and holidays, if the merchant still have not receive the monthly statement by 8th, please contact the merchant service for monthly statement request or change receiving method to email.



Monthly Revenue does not match Merchant Monthly Statement



Monthly revenue is usually the total transaction of a month, while the merchant monthly statement record the total batch of the month. Merchant monthly statement will include the batch of the last day of the last month, and the batch of the last day of this month will goes to the monthly statement of next month.

Example: Batches submitted at 7/31 will be funded on August, so the transactions will not show in July monthly statement, and will be shown in the August monthly statement.


Receiving Monthly Statement after Closing Account



There are two situations for receiving monthly statement after closing a process account:

When closing a process account, the authorization fee for the month will be bill to the merchant on the monthly statement of the next month.

Process account is not closed. The merchant believes the account is closed, but it's not. The merchant can contact the agent or the merchant service to confirm a process account was closed successfully.
