How to Void a Transaction?

On the home screen, press "FUNC" on the top right of your keypad.
Select option number 8, Void.
Input password: 990712
Note: If 990712 does not work, try today's date in the format MMDDYYYY.
Enter in the transaction number as shown on the merchant copy of the receipt and press Enter.
Press Enter to advance.
Press Enter again to confirm.
Tear the merchant copy and have the customer sign.
Press any key to print out the customer copy or press Cancel to cancel printing.
