# CardPointe - Enable Tip Feature via App

### Introduction

CardPointe is a comprehensive and secure cloud-based platform that makes accepting and managing payments simple. Using CardPointe, you can: Authorize, capture, void, and refund transactions from your desktop or mobile device. Mobile App can only preform particle actions. # Enable Tip Feature via CardPointe APP 

1.  Select the "three bars" icon on the top left corner 

2. Select Settings 

3. Choose Application

4. Enabled Gratuity

5. Make sure the Percent check box is checked. If needed, edit the Gratuity Amount, and select Done.

6. When the Gratuity bottom switch to green, tip has been enabled.

7. The customer then can chose the amount of tips and sign
