# Codepay P5 - How to Close a Batch?

# BATCH OPERATIONAL STEPS

1. **Tap "☰"**
* Click on the menu in the upper left corner of the homepage.


2. **Tap "Batch Close"**
* Click on Batch Close.


3. **Screen Prompt: "Trans type amount"**
* Display Transactions.


4. **Tap "Close Batch Now"**
* Close Batch Now.


5. **Screen Prompt: "Select to print"**
* Select to print a report (summary and transaction details).


6. **Tap "OK"**
* Confirm to complete.
