1. Press "F1"
2. Choose "FAVORITES" and press "OK"
3. Choose "VOID TRANSACTION" and press "OK"
4. Enter password "1234"
5. Choose "BY TRANSACTION #" and press "OK"
6. Enter "TRANSACTION #" found on the receipt
7. Press "OK" to confirm
