# How to Make a Payment Using Gift Card

To make a purchase with a gift card in KwickPOS, follow these steps:

1. Click on the order that you want to pay using a gift card.

2. Next, click on the "Gift Card" option.

3. Swipe the physical gift card through the card reader, or manually enter the last 6 digits of the gift card.

4. After entering the gift card information, click "Pay."

If the gift card's balance is less than the total amount due for the order, you will see the remaining balance displayed.

The customer can then use other payment methods to cover the remaining amount.



By following these steps, you can easily process a purchase using a gift card in KwickPOS, allowing customers to redeem the card for their order.
