# 客户什么时候收到退款

商家退款成功并结账后，该退款会在 5-7个工作日返回到顾客的银行账户。

_若超过时限顾客未收到退款时，商家可以联系客服帮忙查询。_

* 若商家有顾客的完整卡号和过期日，可自行在刷卡机或电脑上退款。

* 若商家没有顾客的完整卡号和过期日，可联系客服协助申请完整卡号并自行在刷卡机或电脑上退款。
