# 什么是取消交易

取消交易是指顾客刷卡成功后，并在结账前，商家在刷卡机或电脑上操作取消使这笔交易不通过。

# 取消交易需要多长时间

* 结账前，商家可以选择取消交易。成功取消订单后，顾客银行的账单上会显示待处理（pending）状态，在3-7个工作日后此单信息会自行消失。

 _注：成功消单后，顾客银行账单上的交易会消失，并不会额外产生一笔退款或进账。_

* 结账后，商家无法自行取消交易，可让顾客提供完整卡号和过期日操作退款，或联系客服取得卡号信息。
