# 重复交易信件

重复交易信件是指商家在不同日期，同一张卡刷了相同金额，被系统认为是误操作而自动冻结此交易收到的告知信件。

信件中会有两次交易的日期，金额和卡后四位相同（如下图）

# 收到重复交易信件处理方式

* 若实属两次消费， 商家需要在收到信件一个月内，提供两次交易的小票给客服协助重新过账。

* 超过一個月期限，此交易的授权码会过期，无法重新处理。
