# CardPointe - 如何操作网单退款

### 产品介绍

CardPointe是一款为CardConnect客户设计的一款多功能云端平台，可供客户登录账户使用虚拟刷卡功能，查看刷卡详细报表，管理赖账，和查看月结单等功能。CardPointe提供网页版和手机移动版，手机仅支持部分功能，如果想要使用所有功能请使用网页版。

请注意：本文提供的退款渠道仅针对网络点单，店内刷卡需要申请完整卡号在机器或电脑上进行操作。

登录到Cardpointe [CardPointe网站](https://cardpointe.com) (https://cardpointe.com)

使用登录用户名和密码登录到主页面
*账户注册连接会发送到您的私人邮箱内，请登录email进行注册，若无法登录请联系客服或销售。如果您忘记了密码请点击‘forgot password’进行重设。*


1. 通过右方搜索窗口输入卡号或金额，并选择刷卡日期进行查询，从交易列表中点击R开头的数字进入到需要退款的交易页面。

2. 点击屏幕上方的 **"REFUND"** 
*注意： 只有在“processed”状态下的交易才可以取消。*

3. 输入退款原因和退款金额，然后点击确认。

4. 若成功退款，页面将会显示确认信息。
*左方可以生成**电子票据**（Printed Receipt），也可以选择寄客户的**电子邮件收据** (Email Receipt)。*

5. 交易失败 (Declined): 页面下方状态显示 Declined 交易失敗，金额（Total）处显示红色。收取失败通常是因为收取的银行卡未授权、银行卡已过期等...
