CardPointe是一款为CardConnect客户设计的一款多功能云端平台，可供客户登录账户使用虚拟刷卡功能，查看刷卡详细报表，管理赖账，和查看月结单等功能。CardPointe提供网页版和手机移动版，手机仅支持部分功能，如果想要使用所有功能请使用网页版。

# 在CardPointe 的 APP 上操作网单退款

1. 打开软件，进入Dashboard界面，选择需要取消的交易

2. 按取消键（Void）

3. 确认退款金额
