# Codepay P5 - 如何退款？

# 退款操作步骤 

1. 点选 "㗊"

* 点击主页右上角的菜单选项。

2. 点选 "**Refund**"

* 选择退款。

3. 屏幕显示 "**Enter Refund amount**"

* 输入退款金额。

4. 屏幕显示 "**INPUT PASSWORD**"

* 输入"**990712**"，验证管理员密码。

5. 屏幕显示 "**Swipe/Insert/Tap Card**"

* 选择任意方式，刷卡/插卡/感应卡/手动输入。

6. 屏幕显示 "**TEAR SLIP**"

* 根据需要选择是否打印收据：点击 "**OK**" 打印客户收据，或点击 "**CANCEL**" 不打印收据。
