# 如何发送营销短信（营销短信群发）？

> **🚀 短信营销功能**能够精准发送促销或活动信息给您的顾客，加强精细化运营与用户营销，提升顾客到店/点餐率。

具体步骤： 

### 一、功能入口

请您登录 Front 管理后台系统：[Admin.fronttab.com](Admin.fronttab.com)

* 导航至【营销】→【短信营销】→【**短信群发**】

### 二、短信编辑

1. **短信内容**

* **文案：** 请您输入营销文案，限 160 字以内。
* **链接：** 如涉及线上点餐活动，支持您使用“线上点餐网址”按钮，插入点餐链接，方便您的客人点击链接跳转。

2. **发送时间选择**

* **【立即发送】:** 马上发送短信。
* **【定时发送】:** 设置指定时间发送，建议您选择在**用餐高峰期前**发送，以最大化效果。

3. **会员精准筛选**

系统支持“会员范围”和“会员标签”的组合筛选，以实现您对顾客的精细化运营。

| 筛选条件 | 作用 |
| ---- |
| **会员范围** | **有无积分：** 针对性吸引新客/老客。**积分余额：** 制定差异化营销策略。**活跃状态：** 及时挽回低活跃顾客。 |
| **会员/顾客标签** | 进一步锁定目标群体（如“高消费”、“熟客”等），可选择 1 个或多个标签，精准筛选。 |

> **温馨提示：** “会员范围” 与 “会员标签” 是**同时符合**的关系。只有满足您所有设定条件的会员才会接收到营销短信。

4. **提交与确认**

* **预览：** 请您仔细查看右侧的 “短信示例图”，确认文案和链接无误。
* **发送：** 确认无误后，您点击 “提交” 按钮，即可完成短信群发。

### 三、查看发送结果

* 在短信营销列表中，您可以随时查看已发送短信的**内容、发送状态（成功/失败）及详情信息，**且支持对短信进行**再次发送**。
