# 如何查阅餐品销售报表（Item Sales）?

> 通过餐品销售报表（Item Sales），您可以直观地了解各类菜品的销售情况，了解您店内的顾客偏好。支持您通过数据进行决策分析，更好地优化菜单。

具体步骤如下： 

1. 如何查阅该报表：

您需要打开 APP -【Report】-【Item Sales】，进入即可查看您的门店餐品的总销售额及总销售量，这里统计包括了餐品和口味加料。

2. 数据范围：

【总销售额（Gross Sales）】统计了时间内商品的销售总额，包含 Modifier。即折扣和退款前的小计总额，不包括税、小费等额外费用。 

【总销售量（Total Items Sold）】则是统计了时间内商品的销售数量，包含已退的数量。

3. 同时也支持您筛选，如今天、昨天、近7天、本周、上周、本月、上月、近三月、近六月及支持筛选具体到某天某一阶段的数据。

4. 支持您按渠道进行筛选，如 POS、Kiosk、在线点餐，同时也支持全选渠道（All Channels）进行查看。

5. 以及支持您筛选，如所有/堂食/外卖/自提/车道自提/来取，不同的就餐方式下的数据，同时也支持全选就餐方式（All Order Types）进行查看。
