# 如何查阅删除菜品报表（Voided Items）?

> 通过删除菜品报表（Voided Items），您可以直观地查看到所有已删除的餐品和 Modifier 的总价格（包含已删除订单），而且标注了具体的订单时间，就餐方式，操作的员工等信息。

具体步骤如下： 

1. 数据范围：

只显示通过 Front Station 进行 Void 操作的订单，包含 Online Order 订单在 Front Station 进行退菜/退单。

2. 数据统计：

【删除金额总计（Total Value Voided ）】包含了退单和退菜的金额总计

【已删除的餐品（Voided Items）】包含单独退菜的数量

【已删除的订单（Voided Orders）】包含整单退的订单量

3. 同时也支持您筛选日期时间进行查看，默认查看当天的数据。支持您筛选今天、昨天、近7天、本周、上周、本月、上月、近三月、近六月及支持筛选具体到某天某一阶段的数据。

4. 支持您按员工筛选，查看对应员工的对应删除餐品数据，退菜退单的具体信息。

5. 支持您筛选就餐方式来查看，默认是展示全部数据，清晰展示。
