# MxMerchant - 手机APP应用下载与收款

### 产品介绍

MxMerchant是一款为客户设计的一款多功能云端平台，可供客户登录账户使用虚拟刷卡功能，查看刷卡详细报表，管理赖账，和查看月结单等功能。MxMerchant提供网页版和手机移动版，手机仅支持部分功能，如果想要使用所有功能请使用网页版。

请注意：我们建议您仅在机器无法使用、结账后忘记添加小费、结账后退款时使用，因为虚拟终端收取是手按卡行为，一旦客人申请赖账，商家有很大可能收不到客人的付款并产生相应的罚款。详情请参照文章：赖账篇）

# 手机APP应用下载

1. 首先，在手机里找到 APP STORE 或者 PLAY STORE (GOOGLE PLAY)。

2. 在手机 App Store里搜索 MX Merchant Express 软件，并下载。

3. 打开软件，使用公司提供给您的帐号密码登入，如果您无法登录，请联系客服部门或您的销售。

# 收钱功能：

1. 输入金额然后选择右上的$。

2. 输入信用卡资料 (完整十六位卡号，信用卡过期日，cvv，和持卡人的姓名)

3. 按 绿色键 Charge 即可收款成功

# 若想在交易时有小费选项，需要通过以下方式开通小费功能：

1. 点选左上角三条线，点选「Settings」。

2. 点选「Tips」。

3. 选择要Collect Tips。
* 在此页面可以选择默认小费值：15%
* 如果想自己调整可以打开 Set Percentage Amount 功能，由客人自己选择小费值

# 查询交易：

1. 点选左上角三条线，点选「History」。

2. 在此页面可以查询到交易记录，点击 Payment 可以：
* 查询交易和发送小票
* 取消交易或退款
* 调整小费
