CardPointe - Website User Guide
Introduction
CardPointe is a comprehensive and secure cloud-based platform that makes accepting and managing payments simple. Using CardPointe, you can: Authorize, capture, void, and refund transactions from your desktop or mobile device.

Log In To CardPointe
CardPointe Website(https://cardpointe.com)
Log in with the account and password.
Account registration link will be sent to merchant's private email address, please login with email to register. If you are having problem logging in, please contact your agent or merchant service. If you forgot the password, please click 'forgot password' button to reset.
CardPointe Account Dashboard
After logging in, the Dashboard includes different tabs to view all your accounts and information. These tabs include: My Account, Reporting, Virtual Terminal, Catalog, Marketplace, Administration, and Support.
If you have multiple business accounts, you can check whether you are logged in to the correct account via the red outlined areas at the top of the page.
My Account
Under "My Account": if the merchant has multiple accounts, they can see all of their accounts and their aggregated information here.
Reporting
Under "Reporting": you can access the transaction history. By clicking the Date dropdown, you can access a specific date range:
Transaction
In the sub-tab, "Transaction": the merchant can view the daily card transaction records and find the corresponding records by selecting specific dates.
Note: In the transaction report, Transaction # start with T is in-store order, R is for online order.
Gateway Batches
In the sub-tab, "Gateway Batches": the merchant can check the amount of daily online transactions (ex: online orders). Click the batch number on the left to see the detailed report of each online transaction.
Funding
In the sub-tab, "Funding": the merchant can check their daily credit amount (Note: there may be discrepancies in cases of delayed credit or processing during the weekend. Please refer to the article "Account Related Issues" for more details.)
Chargebacks
In the sub-tab, "Chargebacks": chargeback records are available.
Statements
In the sub-tab, "Statements": the merchant can check the digital version of all monthly statements, including the total amount and monthly fees.
