Clover Go
Clover Go is a mobile point-of-sale (POS) app that allows small businesses to accept credit cards, signature debit cards and other forms of payments on their mobile device.
The device pairs with a smartphone or tablet and uses Bluetooth to communicate with the mobile device.
The merchant can set up tips suggestions, process transactions, and more with Clover Go.
The merchant has access to process sales anywhere thanks to Clover Go. It is suitable for a variety of business scenarios, such as market event, delivery, etc.
Clover Go User's Guide
- Download the Clover Go Mobile app in the APP Store or Google Play (Shown below)
- Log In With The Account And Password
- Turn On Share Your Location With Clover Go
- Select Allow While Using App
- Set Up 4-Digit Password
- Clover Go Set Up Finished
User Needs To Pair Clover Go Credit Card Reader And The Mobile Device During The First Time Log In
- Open the Tab Menu on the left
- Select Card Reader
- The Clover Go reader should automatically pair with the mobile device. If the device is not paired, press and hold on to the power bottom for 5 seconds until you see the blue light
- Finally, choose the device to pair and finish pairing
Clover Go Payment Function
- Open the Tab Menu on the left
- Select New Sale
- Enter the total amount of the transaction ( Including Tax)
- Select Check Out
- Select a payment method
- Click on Complete Transaction
- Select Receipt Method
- Click Send
Clover Go Refund / Adjust A Transaction
- Open the Tab Menu on the left
- Select Transaction
- Locate the transaction by one of the methods below
- Search from the list
- Search by the last 4 digits of the payment card
- Search from the transaction date
- Select the desired transaction that needs to be void
- Enter the refund amount
- Click OK, Confirm, and the receipt will show the final sales amount after adjustment
