Introduction

MxMerchant is a comprehensive and secure cloud-based platform that makes accepting and managing payments simple. Using MxMerchant, you can: Authorize, capture, void, and refund transactions from your desktop or mobile device.


Note: The method provided in the article is only recommend when terminal or computer is not function correctly, forget to add tips after batch, or refund purposes. Making sales on the virtual terminal is consider hand swipe card, if chargeback occurs, there's a high chance for the merchant to pay additional fee and not be able to get refund. Log In To The MxMerchant App

First, locate the App Store or Play Store (Google Play) on your phone.



Search for the MX Merchant Express App and download it.



Open the App and log in with the account and password.
If you are having problem logging in, please contact your agent or merchant service.

Payment Function：

Again: Please ONLY use this function on an emergency circumstance.

Enter the amount and click on the $ sign on the top right.



Enter the credit card information of the customer (card number, expiration date, cvv, and customer name)

Click on the green button says Charge to process checkout.

Enable Tipping during the transaction：

Click the three bar icon on the upper left hand corner and click "Setting."

Click "Tips."

Enable Collect Tips.
In this screen, the merchant can use Default Tip setting: 15%
To customize tips, enable Set Percentage Amount for customer to choose specific amount of tips.

Transaction Research：

Click the three bar icon on the upper left hand corner and click " History."

In this screen, the merchant can review transaction record, by clicking " Payment," the merchant can:
Review transaction detail and sent out receipt
Void a transaction or request refund
Adjust tips
