How to Send Marketing SMS (Bulk SMS Sending) ?
🚀 The SMS Marketing function allows you to precisely send promotional or event information to your customers, strengthening refined operations and user marketing, and boosting customer visits/ordering rates.
Specific steps:
I. Feature Entry
Please log in to the Front's merchant dashboard: Admin.fronttab.com
- Navigate to [Marketing] → [SMS Marketing] → [Bulk SMS Sending]
II. SMS Editing
- SMS Content
- Copy: Please enter your marketing copy, limited to 160 characters.
- Link: If the activity involves online ordering, you can use the "Online Order Link" button to insert an ordering link, making it convenient for your customers to click and navigate.
- Sending Time Selection
- [Send Immediately]: Send the SMS right away.
- [Timed Transmission]: Set a specific time for sending. It is recommended to choose a time before peak dining hours to maximize the effect.
- Precise Member Filtering
The system supports a combination of "Member Range" and "Customer Tags" filtering to help you achieve refined customer operations.
Filtering Condition | Purpose |

Member Range | With/Without Points: Targeted attraction of new/returning customers. Point Balance: Formulate differentiated marketing strategies. Activity Status: Promptly win back low-activity customers. |
Member/Customer Tags | Further target your audience (e.g., "High Spender," "Regular Customer"). You can select 1 or more tags for precise filtering. |
Friendly Reminder: The relationship between "Member Range" and "Customer Tags" is AND-based (must simultaneously meet both). Only members who satisfy all your set conditions will receive the marketing SMS.
- Submission and Confirmation
- Preview: Please carefully check the "SMS Sample" on the right side to confirm the copy and link are correct.
- Send: Once confirmed, click the "Submit" button to complete the bulk SMS sending.
III. Viewing Sending Results
- In the SMS Marketing list, you can check the content, sending status (successful/failed), and detailed information of sent SMS messages at any time, and you also have the option to Resend the message.
