How to enable member [login/register] feature on Front Kiosk ?


Allow your customers to quickly register and log in as members on the self-service ordering machine,improving personalized experience and checkout efficiency,while also bringing you higher average order value,targeted member marketing,and improved operational efficiency.


Specific steps are as follow:


  1. First,you need to click [5] times in the upper left corner of the homepage to enter the [Settings] page,and then enable the [Member Login/Register] feature.





  1. Member Login:


  • For customers who have already ordered in your store,simply enter your phone number and verification code to log in and place an order.


  • If you've set up verification code-free login,customers can quickly log in and place an order by simply entering their phone number.




  1. Membership Registration:


  • If you are a customer who has never shopped at your store,you will be redirected directly to the registration page after entering your phone number. You will need to enter a verification code to register and log in.


  • If you have set up verification code-free login,customers can quickly register and place orders by simply entering their phone number. Registration means you have store membership.




  1. Member Logout:


  • There are two ways to log out. One is on the order page. Click [Member Name/Last 4 digits of mobile phone number] while you're already logged in. This will bring up the [Member Assets/Benefits Reminder] page. Click the [Log Out] button in the upper right corner to log out.


  • The other is on the checkout page. Similarly,the [Log Out] button will appear on the [Member Assets/Benefits Reminder] page and supports logout.




  1. Interface Display Differences:


When you enable [Member Login/Register] mode,the [Login/Register] button will appear at the top of the order page and on the checkout page. If disabled,it will not appear.




  1. Member Login Mode Switching (Login before order / Login after order):


You can select [Login before order / Login after order] on the settings page. The processes for each mode are as follows.


  • The default mode is [Login after order],meaning customers can log in to their member accounts either when placing an order or at checkout.



  • If you're setting up [Login before order] as a member,the specific process is: Select [Dine In/Takeout] -> One-click registration/login -> Start ordering.




  1. Member Login Verification (Requires Verification Code/No Verification Code):


Member registration and login use the same page. The process for both requiring and not requiring a verification code is as follows.


  • If you set [No Verification Code Login Mode],that is,turn off the switch shown in the figure,you can complete [Registration/Login] by entering your [Phone Number]. The default username is the last four digits of the phone number (user names can be modified).



  • If you set [Login with Verification Code],that is,turn on the switch in the image,you can complete [Register/Login] with one click by entering [Phone Number + Verification Code]. The default username is the last 4 digits of your phone number (username modification is supported).


Notes:


If you wish to modify your [Member Name],there are currently two supported methods. Changing your member name does not affect point accumulation or usage. Your phone number is your only identifier.


① Customers can contact a member to modify their name by going to [ Front Station ] - [Member] - [Edit] - [Edit Member].



② You need to modify your account in [Admin Backend (admin.fronttab.com)] - [Marketing] - [Customer List] - [Edit] - [Edit Customer].




  1. After logging in (Member Assets/Benefits Reminder Page):


  • If you have configured coupons in your admin.fronttab.com backend,the page will display the available coupons for this account.


  • If you have configured points rules in your admin.fronttab.com backend,the page will display: "Spend $500 and get 50 Pts immediately ! $1 = 0.1 Pts,Pts are used for redemption."


  • If the points feature is enabled in your admin.fronttab.com backend,the page will display: "Current Points: XXX."
