How to sold out the items on Front Manager?
Details are as follow:
Through Menu Management,you can adjust the price of items or modifiers or sold out ( inventory management ).
You can access and update the corresponding data anytime and anywhere,and manage them easily.
This article introduces how to sold out items or batch sold out ( modify inventory quantity ) under [Items] in the [Menu Management] module of Front Manager.
- How to sold out a single item:
You need to locate the single item to be modified first,and then click [Mark as Sold Out]. The corresponding sold out window will pop up,allowing you to use the buttons [➖] or [➕] to increase or decrease the quantity,or you can edit the quantity directly.
Then click [Confirm] ,and the pop-up prompt "successful" means that your modification is successful. At this time,you can view the inventory quantity after sold out under [Menu Management].
- How to sold out when there are multiple specifications of items:
Similarly,you need to locate the multiple specifications of the items that needs to be modified first,and then click [Mark as Sold Out],and the corresponding multiple specifications sold out window will pop up. At this time,you need to select the modified specification,and the corresponding sold out window will pop up.
You can use the buttons [➖] or [➕] to increase or decrease the quantity,or you can edit the quantity directly. Then click [Confirm] ,and the pop-up prompt "successful" means that your modification is successful.
You can click [Mark as Sold Out] of the corresponding items again to view the inventory quantity after sold out.
- How to operate batch sold out:
When you operate batch sold out,you need to select multiple items to be sold out,and then click [Sold Out] at the bottom of the page. Then sold out window will pop up. When you set the quantity,the items you selected will be sold out at the same time.
Then you [Confirm] ,and the pop-up "successful" prompt means that your modification is successful. You can check the inventory quantity after sold out under [Menu Management].
- How to cancel sold out:
Based on the cancellation of sold out,there are 2 ways to cancel sold out. You can cancel according to the actual situation.
① The situation where a single item needs to be canceled:
You need to locate the single item that needs to be canceled first,and then click [Mark as Sold Out],and the corresponding sold out window will pop up.
At this time,after you select [Cancel Sold Out],the pop-up prompt "successful" means that you have successfully canceled the sold out.
② When you need to cancel the sold out of batches of items:
When you cancel the sold out of batches,you need to select multiple items that need to be canceled,and then click [Sold Out] at the bottom of the page. A sold out window will pop up.
After you select [Cancel Sold Out],the pop-up prompt "successful" means that you have successfully canceled the sold out.
- Sold out status description:
The following are several states and inventory descriptions for sold out,for your reference:
① When the inventory quantity setting of a single item or multi-specification item is sold out = 0,the inventory status of the item is [Out of stock].
② When the stock quantity of a single item sold out is > 0,the inventory status of the item will display the specific [Inventory].
③ When the inventory quantity of a multi-specification item is sold out > 0,you need to click the [Mark as Sold Out] function of the corresponding item again to view the specific inventory quantity in detail.
④ When the inventory quantity of some specifications of a multi-specification item is sold out and the inventory quantity of some specifications = 0,the inventory status of the item is [Partially Out of Stock].
