How to mark dine in items for packer (TOGO) on Front Station ?

🥡 If your customer needs to take some items away during a dine-in meal, you can mark the items to be packaged as "TO GO", which can then be printed from the Packer Printer.

The specific steps are as follow:

I. How to Mark ✔

You need to perform the operation on the ordering cart interface:

1. Select Item: In the cart, click to select the item you need to mark for takeout.

2. Mark Operation: Click the [TO GO] button in the operation area on the right side. The "TO GO" label will immediately appear next to the marked item.

3. Remove Mark: If you need to remove the mark, select the item already marked "TO GO" and click the [Remove TO GO] button on the right.

4. Friendly Reminder:

• You can add or modify the "TOGO" mark before sending the order to the kitchen.
• After the order is sent, you can see items with the "TOGO" label on the order details page.
• After printing, this label will also be displayed on your customer receipt, kitchen ticket, and packer ticket.

II. Packer Printer Configuration 🖨

To make only "TOGO" items print from the Packer Printer, you need to configure the printer settings in the Admin Merchant Backend at admin.fronttab.com.

Navigate to the path: [Printer] → [Printer Management] → [Edit] → [Packer Scheme] → [Basic Settings]

1. Enable Switch: Please turn on the switch [Print dine-in items marked as TOGO] within the Packer scheme.

2. Printing Explanation:

• Switch ON: Only items marked as "TOGO" will be printed.
• Switch OFF: Not only will the "TOGO" items be printed, but other items in the order will also be printed together.
