FrontStation - How to mark items as sold out?

How to mark items as sold out (inventory quantity) on Front Station ?


To set a item clearance/adjust the inventory quantity,there are currently two ways to do this :


① Press and hold the item under the menu on the right side of the order cart. A clearance window will pop up,allowing you to directly set the item or item size clearance,or adjust the item's inventory quantity,including clearing out and canceling clearance.



② On Front Station,go to [More] - [Inventory] to set up clear-outs and clear-outs (inventory quantity) for items,including clear-outs and canceling clear-outs. You can also manage items by adding or removing them from shelves. You can switch between menu groups to view specific item information and make settings.




Note: When you sell out a item or change the inventory quantity via Front Station,Online Order,QR Code,Front Kiosk,or the Front Manager app,the inventory quantity will be synchronized to the other platforms in real time. The inventory quantity on each platform will remain consistent,making it easier for you to manage your inventory in real time.



Order Shopping Cart - Clearance Menu Instructions:


On the right side of the order shopping cart in Front Station,long-press the item you want to clear out or set the inventory quantity for. A clear-out window will pop up for you to adjust. For more information,please refer to the following examples:


  1. Mark Sold Out (the cleared quantity will be deducted after the item is ordered)


Example:


① Set a Clearance of 2 Pot Sticks in the House Special Dishes group



② Egg Rolls come in three sizes: Large (cleared 3),Medium (cleared 0),and Small (cleared 1).



  1. Clear Sold Out (Clear Clearance/Cancel Clearance)


Example:


① Clear the clearing order of a single item,excluding multiple sizes,such as clearing the clearing order of EGG (3) under the House Special Dishes group


② Cancel the clearing order of multiple sizes of items,cancel them one by one by size,such as canceling the clearing order of Medium and Small Steam Dumpling,retaining the clearing order. Large



Inventory Settings - Inventory Clearance Instructions:


To use the Inventory Clearance function,go to [More] - [Inventory] in the Front Station menu. For more information,please refer to the following example:



  1. Mark Sold Out (the corresponding sell-out quantity will be deducted after the item is ordered)


Example:


① Set a sell-out of 2 Pot Sticks in the House Special Dishes group.



② Egg Rolls come in three sizes,with the Large selling out at 3. ,Medium sold out 0,Small sold out 1



  1. Clear Sold Out (Clear Clearance/Cancel Clearance)


Example:


① Clearing the clearing of a single item,excluding multiple sizes,such as clearing the clearing of EGG (3) under the House Special Dishes group


② Cancel the clearing of multiple sizes of items,cancel them one by one by size,such as canceling the clearing of Medium and Small Steam Dumpling,retaining Large



  1. Put item on the menu


Example:


① Adding the Steamed Rice dish to the "House Special Dishes" category



  1. Take item off the menu


Example:


① Deleting the Steamed Rice dish from the "House Special Dishes" category Dishes
