How to set Tip Suggestion on FrontStation ?

Steps are as follow:

1. Regarding how to set tip suggestion: You need to open the browser， enter the URL "admin.fronttab.com"， and then "Sign in".

2. Navigate to the "Payment & Tax" option and select "Tax & Other Fees".

3. On the "Tax & Other Fees" page， first navigate to the "Tip Suggestion" module and then set it up through [Edit] on the right side of order type option.

• Example: Suppose we need to edit the Dine in tip suggestion to [17%， 21%， 26%].

4. Corresponding example operation steps: You need to click Edit on the right side of [Dine in]， select the percentage to adjust， and save after the adjustment. Then go to FrontStation [Settings] - [Tip Setting] and click [Renew] in the upper right corner.

• Example: Suppose we need to edit the [Pick up/Curbside] tip suggestion to [16%， 20%， $5].

5. Corresponding example operation steps: You need to click Edit on the right side of [Pick up/Curbside]， select fixed amount to adjust， and save after adjustment. Then go to [Settings] - [Tip Setting] in FrontStation and click [Renew] in the upper right corner of the page.

6. How to adjust the display order of tip suggestion or only want to display some of tip suggestion? You only need to drag the corresponding tip suggestion to move them to adjust the display order， and the display of tip suggestion is controlled by a button switch on the edit page.

• Example: Suppose we need to display the [Delivery] tip suggestion as [20%， 25%， Custom]， and not display the original 16% and no tip options.

7. Corresponding example operation steps: In FrontStation [Settings] - [Tip Setting] page， click [Edit] on the right side of Delivery Tips to set it.

8. Tip Calculation Mode Settings: You also need to set it up in the "admin.fronttab.com" backend， and then go to FrontStation [Settings] - [Tip Setting] and click [Renew] in the upper right corner.

• Example: Suppose we need to adjust the tip calculation mode to [Tip before tax].
