How to use the member points function on Front Station ?

The steps are as follow：

Tips：You can establish an incentive mechanism through the marketing function of member login and point use， increase customer purchase frequency and stimulate customer loyalty， and promote your sales growth.

If your POS computer includes a secondary screen，you can also set the 【Customer Display Login】function；if it does not include a secondary screen，you can use the main screen to operate.

1. You first need to go to the management backend to configure your store point marketing strategy. How to configure the corresponding point rules in the management backend? Please refer to the steps in this article:

2. After you configure the point rules， you need to click the smart island on the order settlement page to log in/register/use the points function for the corresponding customer member.

3. Member Login：

If your customer already has a FrontEats (Online Order) account， the waiter can directly use the customer's mobile phone number to log in to the member page， and then place an order to obtain points or use points.

4. Member Registration：

If the customer does not have a member yet， it is recommended that the customer register an account. It supports registration after entering the customer's mobile phone number for verification on the login page or switching to the registration page to register a new member.

5. Use points to deduct cash：The proportion of points to deduct cash here needs to be configured in the management backend. Please refer to point ① of the article.

6. Points acquisition：The proportion of points acquisition here needs to be configured in the management backend. Please refer to point ① of the article.

7. Cancel the use of points：If the customer communicates temporarily and does not need the point deduction function， you can cancel the deduction of points and use them flexibly.

8. How to set up member login on the secondary screen：

You need to enable this button on Station - 【More】 - 【Customer Display】 - 【Customer Display Login】，then you can log in as a member on the secondary screen. After enabling this button，you can switch between the main screen input and the secondary screen input on the page.
