How to Update The Format Of A KwickPOS Print Receipt



To update the format of a KwickPOS print receipt, follow these steps:

Click the "Tools" button.

Then, click "Back Office."

Choose "Setup."

Click "Printer."

Click the icon on the right of the printer for which you want to update the format.

There is a preview on the right that shows the current format of the printer.

Click on the "Header" section to change the header format.

You will see options for "Customer" and "Staff." "Customer" is the format for receipts from the front of the house, and "Staff" is for the back office and back of the house.

You can also change the font settings.

Under "Second Language," you can configure settings for a second language on the receipt. You can choose to print only in the second language (e.g., Chinese), print in both Chinese and English, or show Chinese above English.

There are options for controlling the way modifiers are displayed on the receipt, such as on a new line, on the same line as the items, or not printed at all.

You can select whether to print prices, customer information, the printer's name, and more.

Confirm the information, and click "Save."


By following these steps, you can customize the format of the KwickPOS print receipt to meet your specific needs and preferences.
