How Long Does It Takes To Void A Transaction

• Before submitting the batch, the merchant can choose to void the transaction. After successfully voided the transaction, the customer's bank statement will shows (pending), and the transaction will disappear from the statement after 3-7 business day.

_Note: Void only erases the original sale, there will not be an independent refund showing on the bank statement. _

• After batch is submited, the merchant will need to process a refund.
