How to Check Gift Card

To check a gift card's balance, follow these steps:

Access Tools: Click on "Tools."

Gift Card: From the Tools menu, select "Gift Card."

Gift Report: On the left-hand side, click "Gift Report."

Review Gift Card Information: In this report, you can access detailed information about the gift cards you've sold, including:

Remaining balance of each card sold.
How much credit was used per card.
The original balance of each card.
Whether you have added a promotional bonus credit or not.
The date when the card was last used.
The date when the card was sold.
The method used for selling the card.
The name of the person who approved the gift card purchase.


By following these steps, you can easily check the balance and track the usage history of gift cards sold at your establishment.
