How to Remove Menu Item from KwickMenu Online Ordering


  1. On your POS system, click "Tools."


Click "Tools"

  1. Click "Back Office."


Click "Back Office"

  1. On the side navigation bar, select "Advanced."


Select "Advanced"

  1. At the top navigation bar, select "Menu."


Select "Menu"

  1. At the second navigation bar at top, select "Category."


Select "Category"

  1. Under "Category," select the category where the menu item you would like to remove is sorted under.


Select the specific category

  1. After selecting the category, locate the menu item you would like to remove.


Locate specific menu item

  1. Uncheck the box under the "Online" column.


Uncheck "Online" column box


  1. Finally, initiate Online Sync to save all changes.
