Codepay P5 - How to Close a Batch?

BATCH OPERATIONAL STEPS


  1. Tap "☰"
  • Click on the menu in the upper left corner of the homepage.



  1. Tap "Batch Close"
  • Click on Batch Close.



  1. Screen Prompt: "Trans type amount"
  • Display Transactions.



  1. Tap "Close Batch Now"
  • Close Batch Now.



  1. Screen Prompt: "Select to print"
  • Select to print a report (summary and transaction details).



  1. Tap "OK"
  • Confirm to complete.
