Codepay P5 - How to Process a Refund?

REFUND OPERATIONAL STEPS


  1. Tap "㗊"
  • Click on the menu in the upper right corner of the homepage.



  1. Tap "Refund"
  • Click on the refund icon.



  1. Screen Prompt: "Enter Refund amount"
  • Enter refund amount.



  1. Screen Prompt: "INPUT PASSWORD"
  • Input "990712" to verify administrator password.



  1. Screen Prompt: "Swipe/Insert/Tap Card"
  • Swipe/Insert/Tap the customer's card or manual entry.



  1. Screen Prompt: "TEAR SLIP"
  • Make your selection based on requirements: select "OK" to Print Customer Copy, or select "CANCEL" to Print No Copy.
