Codepay P5 - How to Process a Manual Entry Payment?

MANUAL ENTRY OPERATIONAL STEPS


  1. Screen Prompt: "Enter Amount Select Payment Method"
  • Input the total amount for the product and select payment method.



  1. Screen Prompt: "Input Tip"
  • Review and confirm sale amount and tip and press "Charge".



  1. Tap "Manual Entry"
  • Manually Enter Card #.



  1. Confirm Screen Prompt: "ENTER CARD #, EXPIRY DATE and CVV #"
  • ENTER CARD #, EXPIRY DATE and CVV #.



  1. Tap "OK" to confirm
  • Ask the customer to sign on the screen if prompted.



  1. Screen Prompt: "TEAR SLIP"
  • Make your selection based on requirements: select "OK" to Print Customer Copy, or select "CANCEL" to Print No Copy.



  1. Tap "Done" to complete the transaction
  • Press "Done" to complete transaction.
